You take (or choose) one selfie. The app securely sends it to an AI vision model that assesses your skin undertone, hair color, eye color, and overall contrast, then assigns you one of the 12 color seasons — with your 10 best colors, 4 neutrals, 5 colors to avoid, and makeup tips. The analysis takes about 20 seconds.

• Use natural daylight — face a window, avoid warm indoor bulbs.
• No filters, no heavy makeup, hair pulled back if possible.
• Look straight at the camera with your face filling most of the frame.
• Lighting changes results, so if your confidence score is low, re-analyze in better light — it's included, not an extra charge.

After your analysis, the app shows your own selfie against your best colors and your "avoid" colors side by side — the digital version of a professional draping session. It's rendered entirely on your device, and you can share the result card with friends.

With your AI-sharing consent, your selfie and selected answers are sent securely through Cloudflare to OpenAI for color analysis. Our relay does not save the photo. OpenAI does not use API content for training by default and may retain submitted content for abuse monitoring, generally for up to 30 days, subject to its published exceptions. Our Firebase analytics events do not include the selfie.

Draping Reveal images are created on your phone and leave it only when you share or export them. We separately record reveal usage and the season label in analytics. See the photo and face-data details.

We use Google Analytics for Firebase for product analytics, with advertising features disabled, to understand app usage and improve the app. It records sessions, onboarding progress, selected style preferences, trial and purchase events, analysis and reveal activity, and the resulting season label. Google also processes installation/device identifiers, technical information, and approximate location derived from IP addresses. Firebase components collect limited SDK diagnostics.

These events can be associated with an installation identifier; no account is required, but that does not make the data completely anonymous. Our analytics events do not contain your selfie or full analysis response. See Firebase analytics details.

Our Google Analytics retention settings are 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data. User-identifier retention can reset with new activity if that setting is enabled. Standard aggregated reports are not covered by these same retention windows. See retention and privacy requests for details.

No. Settings → Privacy & AI → Withdraw Consent stops future photo analyses until you agree again. Firebase analytics starts at app launch and is separate from that permission. This version does not have an in-app analytics opt-out, and redoing onboarding does not turn analytics off.

Contact [email protected] with privacy requests. Uninstalling stops collection from that installation but does not delete information already sent. See your available choices.

Firebase uses identifiers to measure sessions and feature use. Separately, Apple's App Attest helps our service verify app integrity and limit abuse. Our Cloudflare service retains verification records, not your selfie. See security data details.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Either:

1. In the app: Settings → Manage Subscription, or
2. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or
3. Visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Cancel anytime before your trial ends and you won't be charged.

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you purchased with.

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through them: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the purchase. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.

Use Settings → Color Profile → Redo Onboarding to clear your saved profile, last analysis, and in-app selfie. Deleting the app removes its local storage. These actions do not delete information already held by Google Analytics, OpenAI, or our security service, and do not cancel subscriptions or remove images exported to Photos or another service.

For remote-data or privacy requests, email [email protected]. We may need information to locate records associated with an installation because the app has no account system. See retention and privacy requests; do not send payment-card details or a selfie.

• Check your internet connection — the analysis needs to reach our service.
• If the service is busy, wait a minute and try again.
• Try a different photo; very large or unusual formats occasionally fail to load.
• Still stuck? Email us with your iOS version and roughly when it happened.
