What itโ€™s for

DBT diary cards are a standard tool in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Patients fill one out every day between sessions โ€” rating emotion intensities, noting which skills they used, and tracking specific behaviors theyโ€™re working to change. Therapists use the completed card to guide the session.

The problem is the paper version gets lost, forgotten, or left at home. And the apps that claimed to solve this either disappeared from the App Store, stopped working after iOS updates, or kept charging subscriptions for a broken product.

DBT Diary Daily is a straightforward replacement. It follows the same four-section structure as the standard Linehan card so it integrates naturally into an existing therapy workflow. Your therapist will recognize the PDF the first time you share it.
